Abstract

This study examines the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills and employment generation of business education graduates in public universities, South-South Nigeria through the examination of some key entrepreneurial skills and how these key skills affect employment generation of business education graduates from public universities. The study elicited information on the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills as predictor of employment generation among business education graduates in public universities, South-South Nigeria. Specifically, on emotional intelligence skills, time management skills, innovation skills as predictor of employment generation among business education graduates in public Universities South-South, Nigeria. From the discussion it was concluded that the entrepreneurial skills mentioned in the discuss (emotional intelligence, time management, and innovation skills) greatly predict employment generation of business education graduates in public Universities, South-South, Nigeria.  Hence it was suggested that the management of public universities in collaboration with private individuals should conduct workshops and seminar on entrepreneurial skills to further expose students to primary objectives the Business Education programme
